In south Damascus, the Syrian and Russian warplanes launched air raids on Yarmouk camp and Al-Hajar Al-Aswad, targeting the sites and headquarters of ISIS with explosive barrels and rockets, killing a number of people in the ranks of ISIS. This coincided with the outbreak of violent clashes on the Martyrs’ Sector axis in Palestine Street, the Orouba Street axis and Al-Tholathaa Street in Al-Tadamon and Al-Hajar Al-Aswad neighborhoods, in which all kinds of heavy and medium weapons were used. There were a number of victims and injured among the ranks of the Syrian regime forces and the pro-regime Liwaa Al-Quds battalion, as well as ISIS.
On its part, ISIS’s Aamaaq Agency reported that 37 members of the Syrian regime forces were killed in an attack they launched on ISIS’s sites, including one person they had captured and executed.
