As part of the Social Welfare Program projects, the Charitable Association for Palestinian Relief set up an Iftar gathering for the orphans and their families, in the Qodseya area - Jaffa Foundation for Social Development, in the suburbs of Damascus. The Iftar included recreational activities and child support programs.
The Palestinian refugees in Syria suffer from extremely harsh living conditions due to the ongoing war and the displacement of tens of thousands of them, widespread unemployment, lack of financial resources, high prices and high rents.
