AGPS and the PRC Issue the English Version of the Documentary Report of

Each of the AGPS and the PRC in London issued the English version of the field documentary report that monitors the conditions of the Palestinian refugees of Syria during the second half of 2014.

The report entitled "The Palestinians of Syria, the Wound is still Bleeding" it was prepared by a group of specialized Palestinian researchers; the report addressed the issue of the Palestinians of Syria from all its aspects. The 106 pages report was pided into four axes, each one addressed a number of detailed points that sheds light on the suffering of the Palestinians of Syria which is continuing for more than three years.

The first axes entitled as "At the Palestinian Camps in Syria" addressed the living conditions and the humanitarian suffering inside the camps of (Yarmouk- Khan Al Shieh- Daraa- Al SayedaZainab- Al Nairab- Al Aedein in Homs- Al Aedein in Hama- Khan Dannon- Jaramana- Sbeina- Husseneia- Handarat). It also addressed shelling, siege, clashes, detention, lack of water and food, and some other crises, as well as it documented the most prominent events in these camps during the last 6months of 2014.

The second axes addressed the statistics related to the Palestinians of Syria as it monitored the number of the Palestinian victims who died during the second half of 2014, where the statistics indicated that 262 refugees died during this period. The axes also included statistics about the spatial and temporal distribution of torture victims, as the AGPS documented 74 Palestinian refugees in Syria died inside the Syrian Regime's prisons from July 2014 to December 2014.  In addition, it included a documentation of assassination and kidnap victims, as it indicated that the phenomenon of assassinations against the activists in the camp has increased during the second half of 2014, as the group documented the names of 6 activists who were assassinated during this period in addition to 4 refugees were executed by the groups of the armed opposition during the same period.

The statistics addressed the number of the siege victims who died during the last 6 months of 2014 that are amounted to 7 victims, as well as the shelling victims that are amounted to 44 victims, while the report indicated that the number of explosion victims has reached 20 victims, the shelling and sniping victims were amounted to 72 victims, according to the report.

The third axes entitled as "The Displaced People outside Syria" addressed the conditions of the Palestinians of Syria in details in Egypt, Lebanon, Libya, Jordan, Turkey, and Europe from several aspects, most prominent legal, living, education, health, and transportation conditions.

The report also sheds light at the arrest and detention cases that faced some refugees in some of those countries.

The third axes expands in showing the details of the roads that the Palestinian refugees use to reach Europe, as it addressed this issue under a number of addresses related to travel by sea and its risk, it also sheds the light at arresting the refugees in each of ( Macedonia- Boland- Serbia- Greece- Albania).

The axes concluded with talking about the European countries that are the destination for some Palestinian refugees from Syria, as the report indicated that the number of the refugees who managed to reach Europe has exceeded 27.000 refugees.

The fourth axes addressed the absence of the national responsibilities towards the disasters of the new Palestinian asylum, as it pointed out the weakinteraction of the official parties and the Palestinian national authorities towards the Palestinians of Syria issue, which was described within the report as "Ashamed."

The report pointed out the absence of the required role to follow-up the drowning incident and opening the necessary investigations regarding the violations that are still targeted the Palestinian refugees in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea or on land between the countries by roads or by airports, and the suffer thatresultedsuch as arrest and detention in severely difficult conditions, or deportation to the countries they came from.

 Stressing the clear Palestinian official deficit through the inability to solve the problems of Palestinian refugees who are stranded in various places of refuge and limiting the role of reassuring at best without making any changes to their situation. But there was a clear evasion of taking any role towards the refugees.

On the other hand, the report pointed out the emergence of the role of Palestinian activist institutions in Europe despite the modest available potentials, within the frame work of the non-governmental institutional popular mobility.
