Russian police arrest a number of the “cruel” members of the regime in south Damascus

The Russian Police present in the town of Babilla in south Damascus, arrested a number of the “cruel” members of the Syrian regime forces, after attempting to leave the area accompanied by a vehicle loaded with stolen materials from the civilian houses.

Activists published on social media a video showing members of the Russian Military Police while arresting others from the Republican Guard, where they ordered them to lie on the ground in a humiliating manner.

Loyalists to the regime considered the incident an insult to the Syrian soldier and expressed anger and demanded the accountability of Russian soldiers on their actions, while the Russian Khmeimim base in Syria responded to the claims, and said it would respond very strongly, on the “defamation” operations committed by members of the regime forces in the south of the Syrian capital Damascus.
