The Action Group’s Monitoring and Documentation Team announced that it documented the death of 32 Palestinian refugees during May 2018, while 16 refugees died in the same month last year, as a result of the ongoing war in Syria.
The Action Group indicated that the Palestinian refugees who died in May 2018, were distributed across the Syrian cities as follows: 30 refugees died in Damascus, one person died in Idlib and one victim was from Deraa.
While the Action Group confirmed that the 16 refugees that were killed in May 2017, were distributed across Syria as follows: 6 refugees died in the suburbs of Damascus, two refugees died in Deraa, two others died in Deir ez-Zour, two refugees were from Hama, a refugee died in Damascus, two refugees died in unknown places and one refugee died in the city of Raqqa.
