The Jafra Foundation for Relief and Development south of Syria distributed vegetables picked by the charity to feed displaced families.
The foundation said 150 portions, weighing three kilograms each, have been distributed on a daily basis to families displaced from Yarmouk Camp for Palestinian refugees.
Hundreds of Palestinian families were forcibly deported from Yarmouk after ISIS grabbed hold of the camp in early April 2015 and also following the government’s takeover of the shelter in the aftermaths of a destructive military offensive.
