10 PLA Fighters Pronounced Dead South of Syria

The Palestine Liberation Amry (PLA) announced the death of ten fighters as they fought alongside the Syrian government forces against ISIS militias in the vicinities of Teloul AlSafa town, in AlSweida’s eastern desert, south of Syria. Others were left wounded.

The casualties are: Adnan Abdul Al, Amar Adnan Issa, Thaer Amar Saleh, Mahmoud Youssef Ahmad, Hekmat Naseem Issa, Youssef Ahmad Khuza’I, Tawfiq Ahmad Kasem, Ouways Mohamed Kheir Mawed, Sa’id Nidal AlAsta, and Basel Mohamed Ali.

A couple of days earlier, a document signed by the director of AlQadisiya Forces clinic and released by pro-PLA sources cited the names of ten missing fighters and 15 injured gunmen. The latter were granted sick-leaves of three to 20 days.

A few days ago, the PLA lamented the death of Walid Mer’I AlKurdi, the commander of Saeka 412 Brigade, along with officer Abdul Karim Melhem Ali. Both were killed on September 25 while fighting alongside the Syrian government forces near Taloul AlSafa.

271 PLA fighters have been pronounced dead all the way through the seven-year warfare in Syria, according to AGPS data.
