Ex-detainee Mu’awiya AlHaji said he had met the Palestinian refugee Muhammad Abdul Fattah, a resident of Yarmouk Camp, in a Syrian state prison.
The ex-prisoner said Abdul Fattah was transferred from Branch 291 to the Sednaya military prison, north of Damascus, in 2014.
AGPS documented the incarceration of 1,728 Palestinian refugees in Syrian government dungeons, where 568 others were also tortured to death.
