AGPS documented the death of six Palestinian refugees in war-torn Syria in February 2019, down from 21 in February 2018.
The list includes four Palestinian casualties in Damascus and another north of Syria.
Damascus also topped the list of the victims of February 2018 with 12 casualties, followed by Rif Dimashq, with five victims. One refugee died in Deir AlZor. Another three Palestinians died in unknown locations.
