Violent clashes still continue in Handarat camp for Palestinian refugees between groups affiliated to the Syrian armed opposition and the regular army alongside with the Palestinian groups loyal to it, where the regular army is trying to impose its control over the camp, which is considered a strategic point for it.
It is worth mentioning that all the people in the camp have been forced to evacuate the camp due to the violent clashes that broke out around 608 days, which ended with the opposition control of the camp.
