A Grad missile reportedly landed in AlGharaf neighborhood, in AlRaml Camp for Palestinian refugees, in Latakia, leaving two civilians wounded and inflicting heavy material damage.
Sources close to the Syrian government said the missile was fired from opposition-held zones in Latakia suburbs.
Tension hit a zenith in AlRaml Camp after Syria’s pro-government outfits broke into the camp in mid-August 2011 and launched violent onslaughts on the area. Several residents were arrested and others tortured to death in government detention centers.
