A group of international and human rights appeals were made demanding protection for the refugees in Yarmouk and for entering urgent humanitarian aid, as well as the ICRC demands to allow them enter to the Yarmouk camp in order to provide the residents with urgent humanitarian and medical aid. The ICRC issued a statement yesterday appealing all conflict parties to immediately allow the entry of urgent humanitarian aid without any obstacles, as well as to allow any residents to leave the camp and resort to a safer area whenever they want.
