Rubble Removed from Handarat Camp for Palestine Refugees

The Syrian Red Crescent Organization and ADRA Association cleared out debris in Handarat Camp for Palestinian refugees in Aleppo.

Activists and civilians sheltered in Handarat continue to appeal to all concerned parties and UNRWA to work on reconstructing the camp and granting civilians a safe access to their homes, from which they have been displaced since 2013.

Sometime earlier, activists said remnants of the internationally-prohibited cluster grenades, unleashed by the Russian and Syrian warplanes, have been spotted in the camp, warning that they might explode at any possible moment.

Nearly 90% of civilian buildings and facilities in Handarat have been partially or totally reduced to rubble due to the unabated offensives rocking the camp.
