Palestinian refugee Ubada Abdul Mon’em Tamim, aged 19 and arrested on September 2, was released from Turkish custody, where he had been kept for not holding the kimlik visa card.
Activists said the Turkish police transferred Ubada to Kilis city, south of Turkey, and granted him the kimlik protection card.
Recently, Turkish police stepped down crackdowns targeting irregular migrants and non-holders of the kimlik visa card in Istanbul.
