UNRWA Siblin Training Centre (STC) held a graduation ceremony for the 2018-2019 academic year for some 432 students in over 20 specializations offered by the centre, including nursery, carpentry and business management.
The graduation comes at a time when UNRWA faces a formidable challenge in upholding its mandate and preserving key services, such as education for Palestine refugees.
