AGPS identified the names of three Palestinian refugees who died under torture in Syrian state-run prisons over October.
Fadi Fuad AlSoutari, from Yarmouk Camp, along with Sa’id Mustafa Amrein and Ziad Lutfi Amrein. They had been secretly detained for years, before they were pronounced dead.
According to AGPS data, some 611 Palestinian refugees were tortured to death in Syria’s state run lock-ups.
