A delegation of the International Red Cross and the Syrian Red Crescent paid a visit to AlHajar AlAswad neighborhood, near Yarmouk Camp, where thousands of Palestinian refugees used to take shelter.
The visit reportedly aims at setting the framework for aid distribution and infrastructure rehabilitation so as to pave the way for civilians’ safe return to their homes.
Families wishing to return to the area are required to obtain permissions from Syrian security forces and submit property-ownership certificates.
