Palestinian refugee Hamam Abdul Rahman Ayoub, born in 1989, has been enduring a mysterious fate in a Syrian state prison for the seventh consecutive year.
Hamam, from AlAyedeen Camp in Hums, was kidnapped by pro-government militias in Syria as he headed for a police station to receive his passport.
His condition and whereabouts could not be identified.
