AGPS has documented the death of seven Palestinian refugees from Syria in February 2020 due to war-related incidents.
The list of casualties includes two Palestinian refugees who were killed in an Israeli air strike on Damascus; two refugees who died after an explosive device went off in Daraa, south of Syria, and two refugees who were assassinated. Another Palestinian refugee was killed as he took part in armed fighting west of Aleppo province.
AGPS has documented the death of over 4,000 Palestinian refugees in/from Syria, including more than 400 women and girls, since the outbreak of the bloody warfare in 2011.
Scores of Palestinian refugees have also been left wounded, including dozens who have undergone limb amputation or eye loss.
