Palestinian refugee Samir Kacem Mohamed, born in 1985, has been secretly locked up in Syrian government prisons for over eight years running.
Samir was kidnapped on November 11, 2011 near AlHamed Mall, in Daraa. His condition and whereabouts have been shrouded in mystery.
His family continues to appeal for information regarding his condition and whereabouts.
According to AGPS data, 1,787 Palestinian refugees have been secretly incarcerated in Syria’s state-run jails, including dozens of women and minors.
