AGPS has recorded the death of 10 Palestinian refugees in March 2020 due to war-related incidents in the Arab Syrian Republic.
The list includes six Palestinian refugees who were fatally gunned down and four others who died under torture in Syrian government prisons.
Five among the casualties are identified as civilians (non-military). No women or girls figure on the list.
AGPS has documented the death of over 4,000 Palestinian refugees in Syria, including 484 women and girls, since 2011 as a result of war-related incidents.
Scores of Palestinian refugees have also been left wounded, including dozens who have undergone limb amputation or eye loss.
