An electronic poll was sent to the refugees to study their reactions to aid delivery through LibanPost and their views about UNRWA staff.
Recently, a poll was carried out by UNRWA about the performance of change offices and the refugees’ satisfaction. The refugees showed dismay at the mistreatment of staff at Liban Post along with UNRWA’s lack of control over the aid delivery process.
Some 27,000 Palestinians from Syria have sought refuge in Lebanon, where they have been enduring exacerbated living conditions and subjected to a precarious legal status.
