A Palestinian-Syrian woman sheltered in AlHusainiya refugee camp, in Rif Dimashq, was violently robbed by an anonymous gangster.
The victim said a masked man carrying a white gun attacked her at 06:45 p.m. and tightlipped her before he dragged her to an abandoned street near AlSyeda Aisha Mosque and took away her bag containing a sum of 350,000 Syrian pounds and her identity documents.
Over recent years, property-theft and home burglary have been increasingly reported in displacement camps across the war-ravaged Syrian territories, particularly overnight due to power blackout.
