In the south of Damascus, after a stoppage of several months, the UNRWA distribute 200 relief parcels to the residents of Al Yarmouk refugee camp in the town of Yalda.
It is noteworthy that UNRWA had suspended the distribution of food aid within Al-Yarmouk refugee camp since the month of April 2015 due to the unsafe conditions in terms of their employees as a result of the security tension between armed groups on one hand, and the regular army and the Palestinian factions loyal to it on the other hand, and especially after ISIS' breaking into the camp which made most of the relief organizations stop work their work within the camp.
