The First Palestine School for Palestinian refugees of Yarmouk who have been displaced to Yalda town issued a statement on its Facebook page slamming “malevolent agents” for obstructing the access of books and furniture into the school.
The statement spoke out against underway attempts to rescind recognition of the school. It declared as unlawful the entry of any worker or delegate into the school henceforth.
The volunteer tutors at the school confirmed their commitment to neutrality, saying since the early stages of the crisis they have taken it upon their shoulders to carry the torch of knowledge and fight ignorance with all means possible.
