Residents of Yarmouk camp for Palestinian refugees in Damascus, are living in rapidly deteriorating health conditions, due to the severe lack of medical services as a result of the continuous siege imposed by the Syrian regime forces and the Popular Front groups. Also, the main hospitals in the camp have been bombarded, leading to large destructions that have caused them to close. Hundreds of the camp’s residents have been diagnosed with several illnesses, mainly jaundice and anemia due to malnutrition.
