A campaign has kick-started in Palestinian refugee camps in Syria to vaccinate children aged below five years-old against poliomyelitis.
Medics and paramedics toured local clinics, schools, kindergartens, and provisional shelters to immunize children. The campaign is slated to last until October 11.
