We are a human rights and media organization specialized in monitoring the conditions of Palestinian refugees in Syria, documenting all the repercussions of the Syrian war on them and the humanitarian, legal, and living conditions they have reached as a result of the Syrian crisis since 2011 to the present.
The Action Group for Palestinians of Syria is an institution registered in the United Kingdom under license number 09159238 and operates from the British capital, London.
The Group operates on multiple levels. It documents and monitors field events and daily developments related to the conditions of Palestinians in Syria, prepares media coverage and periodic reports, and works on building the most comprehensive database of victims, detainees, the missing, and various violations. It also collects evidence and documentation with the aim of preparing legal case files to pursue justice and hold criminals and human rights violators accountable.
The Group regularly shares its reports and statistics with the Human Rights Council and various relevant international and human rights organizations, issues appeals and memoranda, and seeks to exert pressure on centers of political and media influence. It also sheds light on the reality of Palestinian Syrians after the number of victims and detainees has reached thousands as a result of the Syrian crisis.
The Group affirms its complete independence and objectivity in its work. It does not align with any political current or party to the conflict, operates professionally and impartially, and focuses primarily on the human rights situation of Palestinian civilians inside Syria or those displaced due to the crisis.
The Action Group for Palestinians of Syria notes that it retains full rights and ownership of all media, documentation, and research content published on its platforms. It has taken all necessary legal measures to protect these rights and will pursue legal action against anyone who violates them by copying, publishing, or distributing any of its materials without proper source attribution. The use of its materials in any kind of printed publications is prohibited without prior written permission, under penalty of legal liability.
The Group also confirms that its official website on the internet (Actionpal.org.uk) and its official media platforms on social media are the sole sources that represent it and express its positions on various issues. The Group bears no responsibility or legal liability for any content circulated in its name outside these platforms.
