Khan Al Sheih camp for Palestinian Refugees was exposed to violent bombing with explosive barrels, where the AGPS correspondent inside the camp insured that the warplanes fired a number of explosive barrels that targeted the main street in the camp, which just affected material damages. The AGPS correspondent referred that another explosive barrel hit near Al Huda mosque during the Friday prayer which forced the Imam to cancel his speech fearing on the civilians inside the mosque.
It is mentioned that Khan Al Sheih camp witnesses the most violent wave of bombing with explosive barrels, where the warplanes bombed the camp with more than 20 explosive barrels during the last four days, which led to the death of a women and her fetus after she attained a shrapnel of a shell and a big number of injured people due to bombing. The residents of Khan Al Sheih camp in Damascus Suburb appealed the PLO, the Palestine embassy in Damascus, the Palestinian factions, UNRWA and the human rights organizations to immediately interfere to stop the frequent bombing which targets their camp since days. Where the warplanes launch its raids on the camp using explosive barrels that caused huge damages in the camp and the residents stressed that there is no excuse to target the camp that it doesn’t have any armed one who follows any side but thousands of civilians.
The last raid on the camp targeted the main street yesterday which led to mass damages to properties in addition to the horror state that spread amongst the residents who were praying the Friday prayer at the camp’s mosque. One of the residents expressed, to the AGPS correspondent, the anger from the carelessness of the official Palestinian organizations and the international organizations to stop the massacre that the camp is exposed to. The activists also complain lack of interaction of the media and the human rights organizations with the suffering of the camp.
