The Palestinian refugee “Moataz Bellah Abu Zamel” was injured with fractures of foot and a number of wounds by shrapnel after a mortar shell targeted a neighborhood of Damascus.
 “Abu Zamel” is the Head of the Yarmouk camp Municipality in Damascus suburb.
