Palestinian refugee Mohamed Mahmoud Teym, a resident of Aleppo, was killed while fighting alongside the pro-government Palestine Liberation Army (PLA) in Syria.
According to AGPS figures, 1,050 Palestinian refugees have been fatally shot in war-ragged Syria.
