Palestinian refugee Basel Muhammad Sweid was killed Wednesday morning after being shot by unknown gunmen inside his home in the Qudsaya suburb of Damascus, according to local sources.

A correspondent for the Action Group reported that gunmen stormed the victim’s house unexpectedly and shot him several times in the head, killing him instantly.
